Do you want to ally yourself with Inea in the search for a more sustainable planet?

We work in collaboration with several organizations, always with common and concrete conservation goals. We have adopted several models for partnerships with multilateral organizations, governments, the third sector, and the private sector.

Opportunities for relationship and partnership have been developed with great relevance. One of the forms of collaboration is financial support (direct or indirect) to Seas and Inea initiatives.

Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

What it is

An instrument that establishes the interest of formalizing a future partnership, such as the Cooperation Agreement.

To whom does it apply?

Legal entities of public or private law, for-profit or non-profit

Form of application of resources

It does not involve the transfer of resources between the participants

How does it work?

The MoU defines the activities, goals and/or cooperation proposals, without generating binding obligations between the parties.

Donations to the Atlantic Rainforest Fund

What is the FMA-RJ?

The FMA-RJ operates projects aimed at the protection and conservation of biodiversity with resources from national and international donations.

To whom does it apply?

Individuals or legal entities of public or private law, for-profit or non-profit

How resources are applied

Direct, through donation to the FMA-RJ.

How does it work?

To make a donation, the donor must sign a Donation Term, signed with Seas and Inea, where the amount to be donated, the recipient account, the way this resource will be deposited (if in installments or fully) and other details such as the way and frequency of providing information on the execution of the resource will be agreed upon between the parties.

The donated amount will compose the amount destined to the projects in the Environmental Projects Bank (BPA) of Seas/Inea, where are stored the biodiversity conservation projects selected to compose the donations portfolio.

Finally, the hiring and management of the project execution will be done by the operational manager, who must periodically submit partial accountability, as well as the final accountability at the end of the project.
